Why support Cedar Lakes? The ultimate overall Cedar Lakes concept plan will need a Greely village boundary adjustment to include the South-West corner of Greely, which is currently notched out of the village boundary (see map below). If the village boundary adjustment proceeds, Cedar Lakes will become a complete community – possibly one of the best ever created by Sunset Lakes Developments – which will benefit not only future Cedar Lakes residents, builders and the local economy, but also the entire community of Greely!
