Greely Village Centre

Plans for construction will be beginning shortly for the highly anticipated Village Centre located right next door to Water’s Edge. Discussions are underway with prospective participants in the Greely Village Professional Centre, a building for dentists, medical professionals, and offices. In addition to the professional centre, an exciting new shopping centre and village centre campus will be built. Some of the prospective commercial uses include a bank, a pharmacy, a grocery store, a bar, a restaurant, and a convenience store.

The village centre will also have space for soccer fields and a recreational centre with the zoning in place for an arena and a swimming pool. Finally, Greely residents will not have to drive miles for groceries or to meet for a cup of coffee! The village centre area will be designed with Greely charm in mind. There will be walking trails, a lake promenade, and street facing shops all within walking and cycling distance of many of the existing communities in Greely.
