Owners Associations

As the development of each community grows, each Owners Association Board of Directors will be responsible for ensuring that each of us enjoys our community to the fullest extent possible. The establishment and operation of the Owners Associations is for the purposes of:

a) Promoting aquatic, athletic, physical, and other social and cultural activities among the owners of the community;
b) Operating and maintaining recreational facilities which the corporation owns for the use of members and their guests;
c) Controlling, managing, and administering of the common elements of property which the corporation owns;
d) Repairing and restoring of the common elements of property which the corporation owns;

And such other complementary purposes not inconsistent with these objects.
