When buying an existing home or lot in Sunset Lakes, it is important to complete the following steps:

• Before “closing”, contact the Owner’s Association of the desired community to make sure that you obtain a Status Certificate, which confirms that Owner’s Association dues are up to date and that the property is in compliance with the covenants.
• Review the Covenants and the Owner’s Association information for the chosen community.
